STORY
The adventure started as a child where besides cars and guns my toys basket was stuffed with pot and pans, I was 5 years old infact, in southern Italy, when I was trying to imitate the shapes of fresh pasta that my grandma was making.
At 15 years old as a early bird, while attending hospitality school in Rome the real journey started, when I had my first "job" as a trainee in a breathtaking "Relais & Chateaux" venue on the countryside.
Since then, in 2001 the train continued his trip passing by several restaurants and hotels all over the city and never stopping.
Life then brought me to London, in 2015 where thanks to discreet knowledges, good set of skills and a solid mindset I didn't hesitate to "make the difference" in all the companies I worked for.
Is at this point with over 20 years of experience where I decide to help businesses to born, grow up or empowering their potential thanks to a succesfull and solid network of collaborators and partners but to also help privates in planning their personal events.
Keypoints such as analysis, standards, strategies, prompt actions and problem solving are the core of my modus operandi.
